What clients ask first.
01How do you price work?
Fixed price against a written scope, agreed before any code is written. If the scope changes, we re-price that change in writing rather than quietly absorbing it into a bigger invoice.
02Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do, from the first commit. Your repository, your cloud accounts, your domain, your data. At handover you get everything, including credentials and documentation. There is nothing to unpick later.
03How quickly will I see something working?
You get working software weekly, on a staging environment you can click through. There is no long silence followed by a reveal.
04Will you take over a codebase somebody else wrote?
Yes. We start with a written assessment of what is there, what is load-bearing, and what will hurt. You get that assessment whether or not you continue with us.
05What happens after launch?
Monitoring and alerting are configured before launch, not after the first outage. We support the system for as long as you need us to, on a retainer that you can end at any time.
06Where are you, and does that matter?
We are in Lagos, Nigeria, working WAT (UTC+1), which overlaps a full working day with Europe and a morning with the Americas. We work with clients worldwide.
