What we collect,
and what we don't.

What this site collects

This website uses Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where they're visiting from. It does not, on its own, tell us your name or contact details.

The only personal data we collect directly is what you choose to submit through the Contact or Start a Project forms: your name, email address, and whatever else you write in the message or brief, plus company and phone number if you provide them.

Analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to count visits and tell returning visitors apart from new ones. We use it in aggregate, to see traffic trends, not to track any one person, and we don't combine it with the data you submit through our forms.

You can opt out of Google Analytics on any website by installing Google's browser add-on, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google's own privacy policy explains what it collects and how: policies.google.com/privacy.

How an enquiry is handled

Form submissions are sent directly to our inbox by email through a transactional email provider. They are not saved to a database on this website.

That email lives in our inbox like any other correspondence, subject to the same access controls as the rest of our email.

Who can see it

Zynterra Innovations Ltd. Nobody else. We don't sell, rent, or share enquiry data with third parties.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll act on it within a reasonable time.

Zorva and AuditGate

This policy covers zynterra.co only. Zorva and AuditGate are separate products with their own data handling, described in their own terms where each product is used. See our Security and data protection page for how we approach client and product data more broadly.

This page describes our practices as of 2026 and is not legal advice.
